Joel Emojong

Joel Emojong is a seasoned educationist, public policy analyst, and leadership expert whose life’s work spans classrooms, boardrooms, and public discourse. Born in Kwapa, Tororo District, Uganda, he has devoted his career to shaping minds, strengthening institutions, and contributing thoughtfully to national conversations through teaching, public service, and media engagement. With an academic journey that stretches from Uganda to the United Kingdom, Joel holds qualifications in education, economics, political science, accounting, and management, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Administration with a specialization in Educational Leadership and Management. He has taught at primary, secondary, tertiary, and university levels in Uganda and Kenya, and has served as a lecturer, external examiner, and trainer in leading national and regional institutions. Beyond academia, Joel has distinguished himself in public service, notably at the Uganda Revenue Authority, where he received multiple meritorious awards for outstanding performance, as well as in government ministries handling trade development and taxation.
